Happy Easter, Passover, or just happy Sunday!
This recipe is perfect because it requires no cooking or skill. At the moment I am eternally frustrated with getting the consistency of my acai bowl right, but this recipe is equally nourishing and maybe even tastier. All you need is to:
~ Chia seeds
Pour in flax milk and quickly fasten on lid
Let soak till milk has been absorbed. (~10 min)
Mix up and eat!
